Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Pinch of salt
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Let the pizza dough sit at room temperature for 20 minutes if store-bought, or prepare homemade dough and let rise.
  2. Lightly flour a surface and roll out dough into a 1/4-inch thick rectangle.
  3. Cut the dough into 3×3 inch squares.
  4. Place 1 tbsp shredded mozzarella and a few pepperoni slices in the center of each square.
  5. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and a pinch of salt.
  6. Fold the dough over to form a triangle or rectangle and press the edges to seal. Crimp with a fork if desired.
  7. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F for 5 minutes.
  8. Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil and place the rolls in a single layer, not touching.
  9. Cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving with marinara sauce.

  • Experiment with fillings like bell peppers, sausage, or different cheeses.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for 1 month.
  • Reheat in air fryer at 350°F for 7 minutes for best texture.
