Boat Dip

A creamy, cheesy, and savory cold dip perfect for summer days on the boat, at the pool, or at backyard parties. Made with just six simple ingredients, this easy appetizer comes together in minutes and is loved by both kids and adults alike.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup real bacon bits
  • 8–10 chives, finely chopped (or green onions)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add softened cream cheese and sour cream. Stir until smooth and combined.
  2. Add shredded cheddar cheese, bacon bits, garlic powder, and chopped chives.
  3. Mix all ingredients together until evenly blended.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve chilled with Ritz crackers, chips, or vegetable sticks.

Notes
