Crockpot Chocolate Candy with Almonds is a simple, festive treat made with just four ingredients. Perfect for holiday gifting or dessert trays, it combines creamy chocolate with crunchy almonds for an irresistible bite-sized candy.

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) package vanilla candy coating (e.g., Candiquik)
  • 1 (16 oz.) package chocolate candy coating
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (11 oz.) package lightly salted almonds, divided

Instructions

  1. Set your slow cooker to LOW heat.
  2. Add the vanilla candy coating, chocolate candy coating, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and 1 1/2 cups of almonds to the slow cooker.
  3. Let the ingredients melt together for 90 minutes, stirring occasionally until smooth.
  4. Line a mini muffin pan with mini paper liners.
  5. Spoon the melted chocolate mixture into the liners, filling them nearly to the top.
  6. Top each candy with one reserved almond.
  7. Let the candies cool at room temperature for 60 minutes or place in the freezer for 10 minutes to set.
  8. Store in an airtight container at room temperature or freeze for up to 3 months.
