Chocolate Peanut Clusters are sweet, salty, and crunchy candies made effortlessly in a slow cooker. Perfect for holidays, parties, or gifting, they require only four ingredients and minimal prep.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds salted dry roasted peanuts
  • 4 ounces Baker’s German’s Sweet Chocolate
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 pounds vanilla flavored candy coating or almond bark

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, pour the salted dry roasted peanuts.
  2. Add the Baker’s German’s Sweet Chocolate bars on top of the peanuts.
  3. Cover with semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  4. Top with vanilla flavored candy coating or almond bark.
  5. Cook on low heat for 3 hours, stirring every 25 minutes.
  6. Drop heaping spoonfuls of the melted mixture onto parchment paper or into cupcake liners.
  7. Let the clusters cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes until hardened.
  8. Store in an airtight container until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Decorate with holiday sprinkles or crushed candy canes before the clusters cool for a festive touch.
  • Store in a cool pantry for up to 3 weeks or freeze up to 3 months with wax paper between layers.
  • Don’t skip the vanilla candy coating or almond bark—it helps the clusters set properly.
