A simple, festive holiday treat made with chocolate, almond bark, and mixed nuts, Christmas Crockpot Candy is an easy no-bake recipe perfect for gifting or sharing. This sweet and salty candy comes together effortlessly in your slow cooker and is topped with colorful sprinkles for a cheerful finish.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups mixed nuts
  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 16 oz white almond bark
  • 5 tbsp Christmas sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Layer the mixed nuts evenly in the bottom of a Crockpot.
  2. Add the semi-sweet chocolate chips on top of the nuts.
  3. Place the white almond bark on top of the chocolate chips.
  4. Cover the Crockpot with a lid and cook on low for 1 hour.
  5. After 1 hour, stir the mixture until everything is well combined and smooth.
  6. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  7. Using a 1-tablespoon cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the parchment paper, spacing them out evenly.
  8. While still soft, top each candy cluster with Christmas sprinkles.
  9. Transfer the trays to the refrigerator and chill for 1 hour or until the candy is fully set.
