A festive no-bake treat made with popcorn, white chocolate, pretzels, and holiday candies. Perfect for parties, edible gifts, or cozy movie nights, this colorful snack mix is crunchy, sweet, and easy to customize.

Ingredients

  • 10–12 cups popped popcorn (or 1/3 cup kernels, popped)
  • 1 (10–12 oz) bag white candy melts or white chocolate, melted
  • 2 cups mini pretzels, optionally broken into pieces
  • 10 oz red and green Christmas M&Ms (regular, peanut, or peanut butter)
  • 1/2 cup Christmas sprinkles (jimmies or nonpareils)

Instructions

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment or wax paper and set aside.
  2. Add the popped popcorn to a large bowl.
  3. Melt the white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals at 50% power, stirring between each, until smooth. Alternatively, melt over a double boiler.
  4. Add the melted chocolate to the popcorn along with half the pretzels and half the M&Ms. Stir gently until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Quickly spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer.
  6. While the chocolate is still melted, sprinkle on the remaining M&Ms, pretzels, and all the sprinkles.
  7. Let the popcorn mixture sit at room temperature for 45 minutes until the chocolate is fully hardened.
  8. Once set, break the popcorn into clusters and serve or store.

Notes

  • Use red and green candy melts for extra holiday color.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
  • Substitute with dairy-free white chocolate for a vegan version.
  • Work quickly when combining the mix to ensure toppings stick before the chocolate sets.
