A festive no-bake candy made in the Crock Pot that combines white and milk chocolate almond bark, semi-sweet chocolate chips, creamy peanut butter, and salted peanuts into sweet, salty, and crunchy holiday clusters. Perfect for gifting or holiday trays, these candies are topped with sprinkles and require minimal effort.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb white chocolate almond bark
  • 1 lb chocolate almond bark
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 cups salted peanuts
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • Holiday sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Break both almond barks into smaller pieces for easier melting.
  2. Place the almond bark pieces in the Crock Pot and add the salted peanuts on top. Stir to combine.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 15 minutes, then stir the mixture.
  4. Add the peanut butter and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Stir to combine.
  5. Continue cooking on low for an additional 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully melted and smooth.
  6. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  7. Spoon dollops of the mixture onto the baking sheets, spacing them slightly apart.
  8. Immediately add sprinkles while the clusters are still soft.
  9. Let clusters cool and harden completely at room temperature or refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  10. Store in an airtight container.

Notes

  • Use dark chocolate chips for a richer flavor.
  • Swap peanuts for almonds, cashews, or mixed nuts if preferred.
  • For a nut-free version, use sunflower seed butter and roasted seeds.
  • Add crushed peppermint or sea salt flakes for variation.
