These crockpot peanut clusters are a sweet, crunchy, and chocolatey treat made effortlessly in a slow cooker. Perfect for holiday gifting or satisfying a candy craving, they feature a trio of chocolates and honey roasted peanuts for a rich, indulgent bite.

Ingredients

  • 34.5 oz honey roasted peanuts
  • 32 oz vanilla flavored almond bark
  • 12 oz semisweet chocolate chips
  • 4 oz German chocolate bar
  • Optional: holiday sprinkles or crushed candy canes for garnish

Instructions

  1. Layer almond bark, chocolate chips, German chocolate, and peanuts in a 5-quart slow cooker.
  2. Cover with lid and cook on LOW for 1 hour without stirring.
  3. After 1 hour, stir the mixture and continue to cook on LOW for another hour, stirring every 15–20 minutes.
  4. While the mixture cooks, line a countertop or baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
  5. Turn off the slow cooker and use a 1-tablespoon scoop to portion candy onto the lined surface, leaving space between each cluster.
  6. While still warm, garnish with sprinkles or desired toppings.
  7. Allow to cool completely before serving or storing.

Notes

  • You can use dark chocolate chips instead of semisweet for a richer flavor.
  • Substitute other nuts like almonds or cashews if preferred.
  • For a nut-free version, use pretzels or rice cereal.
  • To cool faster, place clusters in the fridge for 30–45 minutes.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 2 weeks, in the fridge for 1 month, or freeze for up to 3 months.
