Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chex mix (gluten-free)
  • 2 cups popcorn (plain, air-popped)
  • 2 cups pretzels, gluten-free
  • 1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts, unsalted
  • 9 oz white chocolate, dairy-free if needed
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Christmas sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Combine Chex mix, popcorn, pretzels, and peanuts in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Melt the white chocolate and coconut oil together using a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
