This holiday wreath pizza is a festive and cheesy centerpiece perfect for holiday gatherings. With a stuffed crust, vibrant toppings, and customizable ingredients, it’s as beautiful as it is delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury Classic Crust Pizza Dough
  • 8–9 mozzarella cheese sticks, halved lengthwise
  • 1 jar (25 oz) Muir Glen Organic Pasta Sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups baby arugula
  • 2 red bell peppers, 1 diced and 1 sliced into strips
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 oz spiced salami, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Sauces for serving: ranch dressing, balsamic vinegar, extra pizza sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Unroll the pizza dough and shape it into a ball. Let it rest for 5 minutes, then roll it out into a large circle.
  2. Slice the cheese sticks in half lengthwise and place them around the edge of the dough. Roll the edges over the cheese and pinch to seal.
  3. Cut a 4½-inch circle from the center of the dough using a cookie cutter or knife. Use leftover dough to patch thin areas.
  4. Spread the sauce over the dough, then sprinkle with 1½ cups of mozzarella cheese.
  5. Add arugula, diced red and green peppers, and salami. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden.
  7. While baking, arrange red pepper strips into a bow.
  8. Garnish baked pizza with fresh arugula and Parmesan. Place the red pepper bow at the top and serve with dipping sauces.
