These no-bake Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cake Truffles are a festive holiday dessert made with soft snack cakes, white chocolate coating, and colorful sprinkles. Perfect for parties, gifting, or a quick seasonal treat, they come together easily and deliver nostalgic flavor in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 1 box Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes (5 cakes, vanilla flavor)
  • 8 ounces white chocolate chips or white candy melts
  • 3 tablespoons festive sprinkles
  • 3 tablespoons red candy melts (optional, for drizzling)
  • Green sanding sugar (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Unwrap all Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes and place them in a large bowl.
  2. Use a hand mixer to mash the cakes into a dough-like consistency.
  3. Add festive sprinkles and mix until evenly combined.
  4. Line a cookie sheet with parchment or wax paper.
  5. Use a 1-tablespoon scoop to portion the dough and roll into 1-inch balls. Place on the lined sheet.
  6. Refrigerate the truffle balls for 20 minutes to firm up.
  7. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  8. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted white chocolate using a fork or dipping tool, let excess drip off, and place back on the parchment.
  9. Melt red candy melts in a piping or zip-top bag in 30-second microwave intervals, massaging between each.
  10. Snip the tip of the bag and drizzle over the dipped truffles. Immediately add green sanding sugar before the coating sets.
  11. Refrigerate the finished truffles for 15 minutes until the chocolate hardens.

  • For a flavor boost, mix in a few drops of peppermint or almond extract.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
  • Freeze for up to 1 month; thaw before serving.
