These Strawberry Santas are a festive, no-bake holiday treat made with fresh strawberries, whipped cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. They’re quick to assemble, adorable to look at, and healthier than most holiday desserts, making them perfect for family gatherings and parties.

Ingredients

  • 12 large strawberries
  • 1 cup whipped cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Decorative red and black icing for the face

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly.
  2. Cut the stem off each strawberry to create a flat base.
  3. Slice each strawberry about two-thirds of the way up to separate the body and hat.
  4. In a small bowl, mix whipped cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a piping bag fitted with a star tip (or use a ziplock bag with the corner cut off).
  6. Pipe the cream cheese filling onto the flat top of the strawberry base to form Santa’s beard and face.
  7. Place the top strawberry piece (hat) over the filling and add a small dot of filling on top as the hat’s pom-pom.
  8. Use decorative icing to draw eyes and a nose on the face.
  9. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Use fresh, firm strawberries for best results—frozen ones will be too mushy.
  • You can substitute Greek yogurt or ricotta for the cream cheese to modify flavor and texture.
  • Decorative elements like chocolate chips or raisins can replace icing for the face.
