Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh strawberries (hulled and sliced)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons grass-fed agar-agar powder
Instructions
Add strawberries to a blender and blend until smooth.
Optionally strain the purée through a sieve into a saucepan.
Add lemon juice and honey to the purée. Warm over low heat, stirring constantly.
Sprinkle agar-agar powder over the mixture while whisking continuously until dissolved.
Pour the mixture into silicone gummy bear molds using a dropper.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until set.
Remove gummies from molds and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
