Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small flour tortillas
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine the chicken, bell peppers, onion, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Toss until everything is well coated.
